Fraud is increasing every year, and declining economic environments while creating unique risk for government. Since the increasing appearance of e-payment fraud is by leaps and bounds; strategies for preventing, combating and controlling them must also be more sophisticated. Therefore, knowledge of new ideas and latest development in e-payment fraud prevention and control is essential for all auditors and accountants.
