 ABOUT THE COURSEThe course deals with the management of our court system and the administration of the judiciary as an organ of the government.Judiciary as a creation of the constitution is the third organ of government any where in the world and Nigeria inclusive. It is the arm of government saddled with the responsibility of interpreting the laws already made by the Legislature and executed by the executive arms of government. The judiciary is also expected to adjudicate over disputes between individuals; individuals and government as well as between other arms and tiers of government.
